Completed NGH Complimentary Medical Hypnotism Program with C Scot Giles.

Awarded certification in Pain Management through Ron Eslinger, Healthy Visions Hypnosis & Wellness Center.

I work in most areas of hypnosis including smoking cessation, removal of bad habits, fears & phobias, weight loss, stress, sleep problems, confidence, self esteem, exercise motivation, pain management* and much more: If stress makes it worse, hypnosis can help make it better.
